Child Aware Practice
A course developed by Emerging Minds to enhance understanding of the impact of adult problems, including mental illness, alcohol and other drug use, and family violence, on children. It supports practitioners to consider children early in any contact with a parent and promotes approaches that help families make and sustain changes to better meet the needs of their children.
The course is interactive and includes high-quality video scenarios supported by a workbook containing exercises, discussion prompts and reflective questions suitable for individual and group learning.

Supervision for children’s wellbeing
