The new LMS has arrived
We are very excited to welcome you to our new platform. Please be aware that debugging of the new system is still in progress and we please ask for your patience and feedback while we fine tune your learning experience.
What you need to know:
- Profiles – All active learner profiles have been migrated from the old system to the new system. Try logging in and if necessary, reset your password. Make sure your profile details are accurate and update as necessary to reflect your current workplace and contact details.
- Important: A change of name or email address in your profile will require support from our admin.
- Learner records/course history – The profile migration also includes your records of completed Learning Centre courses. Courses completed since July 2017 attached to an active profile have been migrated. Check the My Learning tab and 'Past Bookings' for your course history.
- Enrolments – All enrolments for future events have also been migrated. Check the My Learning tab and 'Bookings' to double-check what you have coming up.
- Don't double up – If you have held a Learning Centre profile and login at any time in the past, it should still be there. Please don’t create a new login as duplicate profiles only create complications and risk loss of important parts of your learner history. Try logging in, using the forgotten password reset function if necessary. If this doesn't work or you are still not sure, check with our team by contacting qcmhlit@health.qld.gov.au or qcmhltraining@health.qld.gov.au
- Same place, fresh new look – While you may notice the layout and design has changed slightly, processes in the LMS should remain very similar to what you have come to know, and you won't need to go searching for us, the url/link remains unchanged.
- Troubleshooting - Unexpected issues can always be expected. To help us iron out any preliminary teething problems, report your issues to qcmhlit@health.qld.gov.au
